Welcome to SANA THE LABEL. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SANA mobile application (the “App”) and our website sanathelabel.com (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and current.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or use.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time.
Prices are displayed in your local currency where supported and include applicable taxes where required by law.
Payment is processed by our payment provider (Shopify Payments / Stripe). You authorise us to charge your selected payment method.

4. Shipping & Returns

Shipping costs, delivery times, and return eligibility are described on our website at sanathelabel.com. Returns must be requested within the period stated in our returns policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the Services — including photographs, designs, text, logos, and the SANA THE LABEL trademark — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
