We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Afterpay — so you can pay in four interest-free instalments.

No. All duties and taxes are included at checkout on every international order, so there are no surprise fees when your parcel arrives.

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking the moment your order is dispatched, so you can follow it all the way to your door.

We process orders quickly. Email us at info@sanathelabel.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update your order before it's dispatched.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched:

Australia — Standard 3–5 business days · Express 1–2 business days
International — DHL Express, 3–5 business days to most countries

We ship worldwide. Within Australia, standard shipping is free on orders over $115 (otherwise $8.95) and Express is $15. International orders ship with DHL Express for a flat A$39.99, with duties and taxes already included, so there's nothing more to pay on delivery.

Returns are accepted for faulty or incorrect items, and we're happy to exchange for another size. Please register your return within 14 days and send it back within 28 days of delivery, in original condition — unworn, with tags attached and free of makeup or perfume. Sale items and gift cards can't be returned for a change of mind; this doesn't affect your rights if an item is faulty. We cover return shipping within Australia; just email info@sanathelabel.com to arrange it.

If your tracking hasn't updated or your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, email info@sanathelabel.com and we'll follow it up with the courier right away.
